THINGS TO KNOW Parking There is paid parking for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are included in your reservation and will be waiting for you upon your arrival. Please be sure to complete the information on it before placing it in your vehicle, and keep the pass fully visible in your vehicle. Please note that there is a maximum of two (2) parking passes per unit. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed. If you need additional vehicles, you can call our property management office to acquire additional pass(es) if it is during off-season, or there are several paid parking lots nearby that you can use. Pets & Smoking: No pets or smoking is allowed. What is supplied: For your convenience, we stock our condos with enough for a one night stay to hold you over before making it to the store. In our kitchen, we supply 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap, single laundry detergent, single dish washer liquid, enough coffee for one pot, and one trash bag per can. Salt, pepper and cooking oil will be readily available. For our bathrooms, we supply 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We have full-size shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for you throughout your stay. Monthly/Snowbird Rentals: Available from November through February.
