THINGS TO KNOW Parking Parking is included in your rental. Although we do not issue parking passes, we encourage guests to only bring 2 vehicles if possible. A gate fob will be waiting for you upon your arrival. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed. Pets & Smoking: No pets or smoking is allowed. What is supplied: For your convenience, we stock our condos with enough for a one night stay to hold you over before making it to the store. In our kitchen, we supply 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap, single laundry detergent, single dish washer liquid, enough coffee for one pot, and one trash bag per can. Salt, pepper and cooking oil will be readily available. For our bathrooms, we supply 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We have full-size shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for you throughout your stay. Monthly/Snowbird Rentals: Available from November through February. Message to ask about monthly rates.
